We offer a 14-day return & free exchange policy on all unworn pieces in their original packaging for US customers. International customers are only eligible for returns, not free exchanges.

Yes, all pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your piece breaks from normal wear, send it back and we'll repair, replace it, or provide you with a Thryfty gift card if your piece has been discontinued.
