  • All Thryfty® pieces are made from 316L Stainless Steel, the most recycled metal on the planet. Steel is known for it's durability, hypoallergenic properties, and lasting quality, which makes it perfect for everyday wear.
  • Yes. Stainless Steel is water resistant and will never rust or fade. Jewelry pieces that are coated, such as our 18k Gold, Black Titanium or jewelry with hand-painted enamel are also safe to get wet. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water or contact with chemicals like soap, cologne, etc. to prevent premature wear.
  • We offer a 14-day return & free exchange policy on all unworn pieces in their original packaging for US customers. International customers are only eligible for returns, not free exchanges.
  • Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days within the US. Every order is shipped from our warehouse in Detroit, Michigan within 24 hours on weekdays M-F. Express 2 day shipping is also available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days.
  • Never. This only occurs in jewelry that is made from cheap mystery metals, most commonly a combination of copper and brass. We only use solid 316L Stainless Steel, a surgical grade metal that is 100% skin safe.
  • Yes, all pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your piece breaks from normal wear, send it back and we'll repair, replace it, or provide you with a Thryfty gift card if your piece has been discontinued. Contact us via email with photos and details for more information.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track your order status by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.
