behind the collection

It's easy to get lost in the routine. New year, new you right? That's a lot of pressure.

Our goal with the Meditation Collection was to inspire others to become more mindful of their mental health & normalize the process of continuous healing and growing. Finding peace is the biggest flex.

Additional resources:

As part of this campaign we led & filmed a 30 minute guided meditation centered around this concept of continuous healing & our mantra 'Grow From It' that can be found on YouTube here
